Refund policy

 

We realize that many Dash Wagon Crossovers are given as baby shower gifts. As such, items can be returned for a refund within sixty days from the date that the Crossover is received as shown on the shipping receipt.

Please return the Crossover unused in the same packaging in which it was shipped. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

If your Crossover was received as a gift, we can only provide a refund to the original purchaser.

Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for all returned Crossovers.

Please contact us prior to returning your Crossover for authorization to initiate the return and refund process.
